Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from (cancel) a Email Sprucer subscription contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving any reason and regardless of how much you have used the Service.
This applies to everyone, wherever you live
For consumers in the European Union (under the Consumer Rights Directive) and the United Kingdom (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) this is a statutory right. We give everyone else the same right, on the same terms, as a contractual promise. It is in addition to — and never limits — the money-back guarantee and statutory rights described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The withdrawal period
Because subscriptions start at sign-up (including where a free trial starts then), the 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day you subscribe. It does not restart when a free trial converts to a paid plan, provided the paid price was clearly disclosed when you signed up.
How to withdraw
Tell us within the 14-day period by any clear statement. You can:
- email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, saying that you withdraw from the contract;
- use the cancellation option in your account; or
- complete and send us the model withdrawal form below.
You are not obliged to use the form — any clear statement will do. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effect of withdrawal — your refund
We will refund all payments received for the subscription without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which you tell us that you withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
If you expressly asked us to begin providing the Service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the point you told us, compared with the full cover of the contract; otherwise the refund is in full. If you withdraw during a free trial, you pay nothing.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may copy the text below. Delete as appropriate where marked.
