While we endeavour to keep them up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Service or of any information, features, results or related graphics it provides, for any purpose. An automation aid — and it moves and deletes real email
Email Sprucer files, moves and can delete email automatically, according to rules you define. That is the point of it, and it is also the risk in it. Rules are matched automatically and may match more, fewer or different messages than you intended — because a rule was written more broadly than expected, because a sender uses an address or domain you did not anticipate, or because a message simply does not look the way you assumed.
You are responsible for reviewing what a run will do before you run it, for checking that email was filed correctly afterwards, and for maintaining your own backups. Email Sprucer shows you a plan before every action and writes a report of what it did, so that both are possible — but it cannot know which messages matter to you.
Deleting duplicates is irreversible in the sense that matters: messages are moved to your Deleted Items folder, and once that folder is emptied — by you, or by a retention policy your organisation applies — they are gone. Read the plan.
Outputs produced by the optional AI features are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are provided as guidance only. Review extracted contact details before you rely on them or write them into your records.
Availability and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage — including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage arising from loss of data or profits — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Every effort is made to keep the Service running smoothly, but we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Service being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Our liability is further described in our Terms of Use.

The Service may link to, or interoperate with, other websites and services which are not under our control. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites and services. The inclusion of any link does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them.
